How can I watch british tv in Spain on my laptop

I travel to Spain for work from time to time. When i am there I would like to use my laptop to watch bbc iplayer, itv catch up & Ch4 on demand. However I have been told that it wont be possible due to the technology they use that tells them that I am not in the UK. Is thyere anyway around this?
