How can I transfer all my saved Sims 3 files to a different computer?

I just recently bought a new laptop and I have about 11 saved Sims 3 games on my old one so I really don't want to have to start over for every single family. Is there anyway I can transfer the families and all of the clothes and other items that I bought from The Store and The Exchange onto my new laptop?
