What is the best way to go about becoming Deputy Head Boy?

I am supposed to write an application to become Deputy Head Boy, however I do not know where to start and I do not know about all the things I should include.

Are there any other very important tips you could give me? I'm desperate to 'land the job' ;).

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
