What is the number for the tech guys at sky broadband?

Just like the question says. I don't want sky customer help line or any number to the operators that don't know anything about broadband. I mean the actual tech guys that get stuff done. I just spent nearly an hour talking and holding to a guy that ended up just cutting off on me. I wanted to get put on the gamers profile and he never even heard of it and was running back and forward asking questions to other people. So I want to speak to the tech guys directly.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
